• ­ Refrain from waxing treatments if you have diabetes or use Retin-A.
• ­ Refrain from applying lotion or oil before waxing.
• ­ Limit your intake of caffeine, alcohol, and/or aspirin before waxing.
• ­ Schedule your waxing appointments around your menstrual period.
• ­ Apply a sunscreen with a minimum SPF of 20 after waxing.
• ­ Avoid body scrubs and/or body polishes after waxing.
